Training Program
The Finest Electrical workers in the country receive their training through the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee of (NECA) National Electrical Contractors Association, and the (IBEW) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. It's a model education partnership which produces the best-trained, Most up to date electrical apprentices and journeymen in the country. All of the $60 million annually spent is privately funded.The NJATC assures that skilled manpower will be always available in the rapidly growing field of electrical contracting. Electriacal workers benefit from 2000 highly trained professional instructors, manufactures and vecdor participation, strict performance standards, and ongoing programs such as a National Training Institute that keeps the trainers up to date.
