As Training Director for the Ventura County Electrical Workers Electrical Contractors, the IBEW Union and IBEW Journeymen Electricians, our program is able to afford "On The Job Training" and class room instruction for Electrical Apprentices.

IBEW Apprentices learn essential trade skills for safe Electrical Installations in our Neighborhoods, Schools, Churches, Hospitals, Commercial and Industrial Buildings.

Community consciousness of the long term consequences, concerning inadequately trained electricians, working within Ventura County performing inferior, inadequate, or un-safe, installation is a subject worthy of your concern and awareness.

Our nation's educational system has neglected the training of quality crafts person for many years. Yet the IBEW / NECA's Apprenticeship Program continues to persevere with quality "Education" and "On The Job Training."
